application of peristaltic (hose) pump

Peristaltic pump is also called as hose pump, its working principle is that the rollers or pressure shoes squeeze the hose forming vacuum volume and suck material from sucking port and discharge material through outlet by roller’s push, finally forms pressure conveying of materials.

Working principle

Peristaltic pump (hose pump) can pump the different material by changing the different hose. Such as changing food grade hose can pump beer, milk, fruit juice etc; Changing NR hose can pump sulfuric acid and alcohol etc; Changing the NBR hose can pump petroleum, lubricants, alkaline liquid etc. For pump hose, we have chinese squeeze hose and trellebore squeeze hose for option. Generally speaking, trellebore squeeze hose can endure more high pressure, can be up to 3MPa.

Peristaltic pump is not only single used for metering and pumping, but only used with other machine for pumping concrete, mortar and refractory materials. But using for spraying need a air compressor.
