GCPM Refractory castable concrete planetary mixer has a feed capacity of 1125L and a discharge capacity of 750L. Its mixing power is 30KW, and the machine weight is 3900KG. It has a vertical structure with a planetary mixing device, and the mixing effect of the mixing device is rotation and revolution. The movement track of the blades of the 750 mixer is enough to cover the entire mixing barrel after one revolution of the revolution body. It is equipped with a hydraulic discharge door or a pneumatic discharge door.

Hydraulic Discharge Door

A hydraulic discharge door utilizes a hydraulic system to open and close the door. This system typically consists of a hydraulic cylinder and a pump that generates the force necessary to operate the door. Hydraulic systems offer smooth and controlled operation, which can be particularly advantageous when dealing with heavy or dense materials that require precise discharge.

 

A pneumatic discharge door uses compressed air to operate the door mechanism. This type of system is generally less expensive and easier to maintain than hydraulic systems.

Regardless of the discharge method chosen, the GCPM refractory planetary concrete mixer includes a special sealing device on the discharge door to ensure reliable sealing. This is critical in preventing leaks of refractory castable concrete, maintaining product quality, and minimizing waste during the mixing and discharge process.

The rotation direction of mixing stars is reversed with the revolution direction, and each mixing star’s direction is also different. The circulation movement and convective movement make the material severely mix and achieve uniform distribution.
