GGP220/350/50DPI-D TBM grouting plant for tunnel lining is hydraulic drive with electric motor. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable. It also takes up a small space. It has compact size and also it is easy to operate.
Working principle of GGP220/350/50DPI-D TBM grouting plant:
High shear, high speed colloidal grout mixer cause a vortex flow to ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement or bentonite is quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. The mixed slurry is then delivered to the agitator. The grout pump is injected from the mixer (storage tank). This ensures continuous mixing and grouting operations.
