Synchronous System Of Double Acting Hydraulic Jack

The process of synchronous double acting hydraulic jack as following:

1. Installing hydraulic jack and displacement detection sensor device, the ground must be flat when hydraulic jack is installed, and the wire of displacement sensor must be vertical.

2. Installing hydraulic hose as per the distribution of double acting hydraulic jack, jacks should be contacted firstly, and then connected with the hydraulic hose of hydraulic pump station.

3. Connecting with electric supply, the plug of electric supply is inserted pump station as per the distribution of double acting hydraulic jacks, and then displacement detection device is connected with hydraulic oil pump station by signal cable.

4. Before working, please check the figure of displacement sensor is correct or not, asking workers to pull the wire of displacement, read the the figure of sensor, please check if it is the same with real displacement.

5. Please switch the manual handle before lifting, then hydraulic jacks start to lift, when real pressure is close to the rated pressure, hydraulic jack won’t be lift. The best rated pressure should be about the 50% of real loading capacity.

6. When finished, settle the purpose displacement firstly, press the upper button, hydraulic jacks will be upper, when it up to settled value, it will stop automatically.

7. On the contrary, you should settle purpose displacement firstly, press the lower button, hydraulic jacks will be close, when it low to settled value, it will be stop automatically.

8. If you need to operate them separately, please handle the switch to left, then press upper button or lower button. If you need to stop, press stop or total stop button.
