Manual mold for making lightweight concrete block

Put a certain proportion of cement, sand/fly-ash and water into lightweight concrete mixer and mix them, then press them into transmission pipelines through hydraulic cylinder. In the pipeline it forms the high-density foam and meticulous, at last form the foam cement with the slurry in the pipeline, then pouring into tank and pouring by foam concrete pump to manual molds. Just like the following shown:

1. Install the mold

2. Pour the lightweight concrete to manual mold

3. Screeding foam concrete

4. Solidify the CLC lightweight concrete

5. Dismantle the manual mold
