500Kg, 800Kg and 1000Kg refractory pan mixer is much heavier than 100Kg and 250Kg. In order to keep the refractory pan mixer steady, we did not equip these three electric refractory pan mixer with mobile device, but adopted the method of adding forklift holes.

In order to protect the engines of 500Kg, 800Kg and 1000Kg, these three electric refractory pan mixer are also equipped with a soft start device, which can start the engines smoothly.

For 800Kg and 1000Kg electric refractory pan mixer, we have added ladders, operating platforms, and high-pressure water flushing devices.

How to operate refractory pan mixer:

1. After the portable electric refractory pan mixer is energized, start (stop) the switch through the power distribution cabinet with protection function.

2. When the equipment enters the normal working state, add one or more refractory materials or objects that need to be stirred and mixed into the mixing plate of the portable electric refractory pan mixer.

3. Add a certain amount of water to the refractory castable pan mixer through a water pump and stir together. After the materials are evenly mixed, open the discharge port and transport it to the location you need through the discharge tank.

4. After all the materials in the portable electric refractory pan mixer are drained, close the material door to complete a mixing cycle.
