GGP500-700-100PI-E grout plant is a combination of mixer, agitator and grouting pump in one plant. Mainly used for highways, railways, water and electricity, construction, mining etc. ground/underground construction. High speed vortex mixer ensures mix quickly and evenly. Water, cement and other media are quickly mixed into a homogeneous slurry. Then the mixed slurry was delivered to the agitator. Grout pump injects from the agitator (storage tank). This ensures a continuous mixing and grouting operations.

Mixer power is 7.5 Kw, Agitator power is 1.5Kw. The cement paste transportation from mixer to agitator is controlled by squeezing the handle, and the operation of squeezing the handle is simple, safe and reliable. Grouting pump is driven by the hydraulic unit. So the displacement of the pump and pressure is adjustable. The output of the grouting pump can be from 0 to 100L/min and pressure can be from 0 to 5Mpa. Liquid flow of grouting pump is continuous, and smaller pulse.
