Before the pump starts to work, please make the following preparations before starting:

1. Check whether the lubricating oil in the reducer in the pump cavity is sufficient.

2. Check whether the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump are properly installed and fixed. Whether the bolts at each flange are tightened.

3. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the pump are all opened.

4. Press the start and stop buttons, start the pump, check whether the rotation of the motor matches the pump inlet and outlet, and check whether the pump is stuck. After all the above inspections are correct, the test operation can be started. When there is no abnormality in all aspects, it can be put into normal operation.

Peristaltic hose pump maintenance and maintenance:

1. Regularly check the lubricating oil in the pump cavity and the reducer.
