High-pressure grouting is a technology that uses hydraulic, pneumatic or electrochemical principles to uniformly inject slurry (usually cement slurry, water glass slurry, chemical slurry, special new materials, etc.) into the formation, surrounding rock, backfill or lining through a grouting pipe. Under high pressure, the slurry will penetrate along the cracks and pores of the soil layer, remove moisture and air from the soil particles or rock cracks, and form slurry veins. With the continuous injection of slurry, the slurry veins gradually expand and eventually form a continuous reinforcement belt or stone body. The grouting pump station can help us achieve this goal very well. The grouting pump station is a special equipment for high-pressure grouting operations. It is widely used in underground engineering, tunnels, mines, water conservancy, geological disaster management and other fields. It injects slurry into the formation, cracks or structures through a high-pressure pump to achieve the purpose of reinforcement, water stopping, filling or sealing.

1. High-pressure grouting pump
