Working principle: The motor drives a high-speed turbo pump. The slurry is drawn into the vortex from the bottom and ejected from the upper end of the barrel to produce a high-speed liquid flow. A strong vortex is formed in the barrel, and the dry powder and water are fully and uniformly mixed to achieve the purpose of preparing a lower water glue than the slurry.

In addition, we also have high shear mixer and agitator, which is a combination of mixer and agitator, designed for continuous mixing and grouting of cement in ground / underground projects. The mixing system is designed to provide continuous mixing operation. It consists of a steel plate cylindrical mixing tank, a heavy-duty slurry pump and a mixing tank, and is mounted on a solid chassis. Water, cement and bentonite are mixed by a high-speed vortex produced by a special pump. Once the mixing process is over, the mixing is transferred to the blender. The slow stirring paddle prevents the slurry from settling out of the suspension and removes any air bubbles in the mixture. The mixer and agitator are switched by a butterfly valve.
