The costs consist mainly of the worker salary, raw material costs, the depreciation of hydroseeding equipment, the fuel, etc.
1.Labor organization
There is high requirement on the skill of operators of the hydro seeder machines and drivers according to the equipment and the technology. The job of high-demand operating capacity implements the fixation of posts and staff and should try to maintain the stability of technicians. Other jobs can operate by the temporary workers or by technicians depending on the actual situation.

3.The auxiliary materials

3.1 steel mesh

steel mesh material is galvanized wire mesh.

mesh size is 5*5 cm, and the diameter of steel mesh is 2.0 mm.

3.2 non-woven fabrics

Selecting high-quality non-woven fabrics with the specification of 15g/ m2

4.Cost analysis

4.1 Working system

Work for nine hours every day, single-team operation, ten people per team.

If the thickness is 8 cm, PB8083 hydro seeder which is 6 m3 per tank, can spray 75 m2. (6/0.08=75 m2)

Including the time of preparation, mixing the material and hanging nets, the operator can spray at least 8 tanks every day, namely 600 m2.

The depreciation of hydro seeding equipment, residual value is charged as 5%.
