Before use, check whether all parts are normal. When using, the regulations in the main parameters should be followed. Avoid overloading, otherwise when the lifting height or lifting T position exceeds the regulations, the lifting hydraulic jack will leak oil seriously.
For electric pumps, please refer to the electric pump instruction manual. The weight should be moderate, and the focus point of the lifting hydraulic jack should be reasonably selected. The bottom surface should be leveled. At the same time, the soft and hard conditions of the bottom surface should be considered, whether tough wood should be padded, and whether it is placed stably to avoid sinking or tilting under the load.
After the lifting hydraulic jack lifts the weight, the weight should be supported firmly with supports in time. It is forbidden to use high-pressure large T position electric pump jacks as supports.
In addition to correctly installing large-tonnage hydraulic jacks, multi-top diverter valves should be used, and the load of each large-tonnage lifting hydraulic jack should be balanced, and pay attention to keeping the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possibility of ground subsidence due to uneven weight to prevent the lifted weight from tilting and causing danger.
The electric hydraulic jack retracts under oil pressure, and can be quickly removed after lifting, but the connected hose cannot be used to pull the high-pressure lifting hydraulic jack.
Avoid violent vibration of the jack during use.
It is not suitable for use in places with acid, alkali, and corrosive gases.
Lifting hydraulic jacks are widely used in power maintenance, bridge maintenance, heavy lifting, static pile pressure, foundation settlement, bridge and ship repair, especially in highway and railway construction, machinery adjustment, equipment disassembly, etc.
