Planetary grouting equipment contains grout mixer, grout agitator and grout pump, the main mixing and pouring materials are cement, sand and water. Mainly used in highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining and other ground and underground construction.
Planetary grouting unit is a combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one base frame. It is mainly used to be made bentonite slurry, cement slurry, etc.
GGP400/700/80DPL-E planetary grouting unit, mixer capacity is 400L, agitator capacity is 700L, pump output is 80L/min. If the output of this product is not satisfactory, we can also customize it according to your needs. The grouting plant is hydraulic drive with electric motor. Grouting pressure and displacement is adjustable. Compact size and it is easy to operate. It also takes up a small space.
Special design of planetary grouting equipment: The double-plunger pump together with the pressure-holding system is used, so that the pump automatically stops and maintains the very little pressure impulse (1-4bar with 50bar grouting pressure) to ensure that the grouting hole is completely filled.
Working principle is cement or bentonite with water is archived in mixer by a high turbulence created in the pump casing. This turbulence with high shear forces separates the cement or bentonite particles which results in a fully hydrated suspension. As soon as the mixing process is over, the mixing is transferred into the agitator. The slow stirring paddle prevents the grout from settling out of suspension and removes any air bubbles from the mix. Each machine incorporates mixers and pumps of matched capacity which together with an agitated storage tank enable virtually continuous operation once work has commenced.
