How to maintain the program logic controlled filter press in daily use:
1. The filter can only be performed after the normal filter press after debugging, and the entire machine must be inspected before each shift. Mechanically compact the transmission components and reducer to add enough lubricant; hydraulic compaction requires rechecking the fuel tank's oil storage capacity and the working pressure of the hydraulic station. The hydraulic oil is usually changed once a year. The hydraulic system should be cleaned once during the replacement. The oil cylinder has a higher working pressure, but it cannot be lower than the allowable value of the filter pressure. If the size is too small, it will cause a large amount of leakage and damage the machine.
2. When the number of filter plates is less than the specified number, it is forbidden to leave the factory to avoid damage to the parts. Please check the layout of the filter plate before binding the filter cloth. The filter cloth should not be folded to prevent a large amount of leakage. After the filter cake is unloaded, the filter plates must be neatly arranged and compacted.
3. After everything is normal, press the filter plate to filter. The filter pressure and filter temperature are within the specified range. If the pressure of the automatic filter press is too high, it will cause leakage. If the filter temperature is too high, the plastic filter plate will be easily deformed. The concentration of the suspension should be uniform. There must be no impurities. After removing the filter cake, rinse the filter cloth and filter plate, and do not allow residues to stick to the sealing surface or the feed channel, otherwise it will affect the smoothness of the feed and the tightness of the filter plate. Unbalanced pressure on both sides of the filter plate can cause deformation and damage the filter plate.
