GZ-3ER refractory gunning machine is rotor type gunning machine, single hopper with electric vibrator, larger exciting force, specially designed for spraying refractory materials, castable in steel factory liner repair project.
Different with common dry mix shotcrete machine, GZ-3ER refractory gunning machine for steel and metallurgical plants is equipped with ABB frequency converter, could achieve variable output from 1m3/h to 3m3/h. Usually when start machine, hope lower flowrate, avoid block hose. Besides also equipped with high pressure water pump, which could provide high pressure water in the nozzle water ring, atomization effect occurs, fully mixed with the material at the nozzle. New type pre-dampening nozzle assy, lower rebound, lower dust, two water lines supply, 70% front water line supply, 30% back water line supply. Needle valve could precisely adjust and control of the amount of water added, reduced dependence on operator skills, easy to operate and maintain. For refractory repair and installing project, different common concrete project, having very high requirements for the amount of water added. Adding too much water, will be not helpful for achieve best refractory materials installing.
