Refractory Pan Mixer for Mixing refractory

Refractory pan mixer is used for mixing refractory materials, castable in the steel plant refractory installing. Usually, refractory pan mixer work together with refractory wet shotcrete machine. First, refractory materials are mixed with water in refractory mixer, and pure the wet materials in to shotcrete machine and finish refractory spraying.

According to different mixing capacity, our refractory pan mixer is divided into GRM100, GRM250, GRM500 and GRM800 refractory mixer. Nowadays, we customize GRM800 refractory mixer for Egypt customers. GRM800 refractory pan mixer mixing capacity is 800L, equipped with high pressure water washer. It could quickly clean the mixer when the work is over. Compared with other mixers, GRM800 refractory mixer is also equipped with ABB frequency converter, which is used for protect the motor when it is blocked.

There are five mixing arm blades in refractory pan mixer, which are used separately to scratch shaft, bottom, wall. In order to make materials mix evenly with water, there are three water lines to add water.

If the top lid door is opened in between the operation, machine can stop automatically. Because there is a limit switch between the top lid door and the hopper, once the top lid is opened, the power will cut off automatically and confirm the safety for operator.

GRM refractory mixer is used for mixing refractory materials, castables, friction materials, chemical matrials, precast concrete, mortar, aggregrate mixing and glass materials etc. Could work together with refractory wet shotcrete machine, used for refractory materials spraying project in the steel industry.
