Shotcrete machine for bridge repair

Gaodetce shotcrete/gunite equipment has manufactured gunite machines or called shotcrete machines in various models for concrete construction, concrete repair and bridge repair since 1999. The industrial terminology of spray guns and shotcrete is used to refer to the process of pneumatically placed concrete materials. The batch plant is used to mix sand (aggregate) and cement on the job site and then transport it to the installed shotcrete. The Gaodetec shotcrete delivers dry material to the nozzle through a gun hose (up to 1,000 feet) and adds water to the nozzle. The airbrusher controls the water content as it is placed on the surface. The water content affects the slump (or fluidity) of the material. Typically, the material is pre-wetted, which reduces dust during mixing. Gaodetec's hoses and nozzles are heavy-duty, rugged and able to withstand the rigors of everyday construction.
