In order to make water spraying evenly and achieve atomization effect in nozzle water ring, refractory materials spraying pump need be equipped with high pressure water pump, rather than ordinary pumps, because high pressure water pump could provide pressure water.
Besides, in order to accurately adjust the amount of water, our nozzle is equipped with needle valve, rather than ball valve. Needle valve can accurately adjust the amount of water, don’t need skilled operator could control the added amount of water.

1. In order to prevent the remaining material from condensing in the hopper, hose and nozzle, blocking the hose and nozzle, affecting the service life of the equipment. After the work is completed, immediately drain the remaining material in the hopper, and pour enough clean water into the hopper to thoroughly clean the hopper, and then start the machine to pump the water out to clean the hoses and nozzles until all clean water is pumped out.
