GGP200/300/100PI-D is a machine that is mainly constituted with mixer, agitator and hydraulic plunger grout pump in one plant. This unit is different from others, because it can be dragged by truck from one place to another. The unit is powered by a 34Kw diesel engine. This is a scalable bearing units on the chassis that can carry 500Kg cement.we pull the bearing units out when working, and push in it when work is done. GGP200/300/100PI-D is mainly suitable for mixing and pumping water, cement, sand, bentonite, filler, clay power, silicates and other additives.
Mixer Volume is 200L, Suitable W/C Ratio of mixer is 0.5-1. Only it needs 2-3 minutes to mix. The unit is designed for safe and easy operation. The mixture slurry is transported to the agitator from mixer when mixing complete by turning handle. Then the pump absorbs slurry from agitator to grout. At this moment, you can mix slurry again when grouting. So mixing and grouting is continuous.
The hydraulic piston grout pump’s adjustable output is upto100L/min. Its pressure that is adjustable can be up to 10MPa, so we can set the pressure and displacement according to working conditions.
